The hotel is conveniently located in the Opera area, within walking distance to the Chaussee d'Antin-La Fayette metro stop and right next to all major shopping stores. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provides a great base for exploring the city, with its central location and comfortable accommodations.

The WiFi signal could be improved to provide a more reliable connection.

Not one thing.

During our Christmas stay, we were actually surprised by the warm and cute staff at the hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated with festive ornaments, creating a good holiday atmosphere. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the delicious nougat snacks on our pillows. the hotel's location was unbeatable. It was situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The proximity to the subway made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the famous landmarks.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the room we were assigned to was smaller than expected, more suitable for a single occupancy rather than a double.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Opera neighborhood. The location was superb, with major attractions and shopping stores right on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the rooms were comfortable with all the basic amenities needed. I particularly loved the view of the interior well-like "patio" from my room, and the fact that there were tea and coffee making facilities available. The breakfast provided was also a great start to the day.

Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. It is close to the station, putting it near the center of everything. Plus, it's just a one-minute walk away from Galeries Lafayette department store. the hotel is conveniently located near the Roissy Bus station at Opera.

The security check at the hotel could use some improvement. There was an incident where a guest was given the wrong room key without proper verification.

The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street but still close to the station. It was the ideal base for exploring all the tourist attractions in the area. We were able to easily walk to the opera and indulge in some shopping at the nearby shops. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was great.

We had a fantastic time at a well-run hotel in Paris. The location was excellent, close to shops and tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room, although compact, was comfortable for three people. I highly recommend this hotel!
